no network HELP

Hi guys.Well I have bought which I unlock by paying to one WEB for the code and now I use it on 3 network.The big problem which I got is that I can not to connect it to the internet and sing in to my Google account.I got a message that I don't have a network connection. I can make phone calls,but I can't sign in my Google account and use a internet.So now I don’t now what to do.
Can you help me? Cry
