What in G1 could make it successful for someone who has used Blackberry

I have always kept 2 phones (blackberry usually for everything) and a phone (for personal voice calls and messaging).

In my discovery of G1 over the last 24 hours, here are the things I would have liked it to have. May be it has it (really not likely), but I don't find them.

1. I thought I could open Google Docs and edit them. I could not find any android application to do that. I tried the browser route and it really does not allow me to edit. The phone becomes heavily useful for some people like me who will like to use G1 for both pleasure and work.
2. I would like to get GoogleTalk to make G1 to PC calls. The phone's utility grows 100x right away.
3. RSS feed reader application
4. A unified search on the G1 desktop that will search web and all G1 contents (afterall Google is the web search leader right?)
