having music on your phone makes slower?

i was wondering if i have too much music on my sd card make my phone slower?
i have a 2 gig card and i have my card almost full. If i take off all my music does it make my phone faster

no it will not just maybe a little longer on loading the songs in the music player

hey i would like to share u have added great points on it..
but i feel so that adding to many songs sometimes slow downs it..
hope u remove some..
