Answer:
youtube streams video in low quality, there is a parameter to do it and look it better, you can do it in a pc, but not in the phone as far as I know, so  the problem about Youtube is not exactly the problem from the phone.

the quality depends the people who record the video and uploaded to youtube, and remember always that youtube does not stream video in good quality and the only parameter that I know works in the PC, not in the phone.

i think the main question is via wifi vs 3G/EDGE

i did a buncha research... and the phone knows when its doin 3G/EDGE so it'll auto pull the regular version off youtube.. VS the HIGH Quality version....
someone has to make a work around! or it'd be great if there was just a direct ilnk to those videos....

if you turn on your wifi you can get awesome video and iit also depends on the video quaality that they posted it on but i found that the wifi is alot better videeo quality

If you click on settings in you tube and then click watch in high quality. Sorry if you already new this. 3g and wi fi helps a lot also.
