I love anything made by Motorola when it comes to BT. Paid 50 bucks for mine a few years back and has much better sound quality than my 30 dollar Jabra BT2010...

i have a Jawbone, they are expensive, but the noise cancellation is awesome. i called a buddy with the car stereo so loud i could barely hear myself. on his end he could barely hear that the radio was on. Plus with the interchangeable ear pieces, it is easy to find the right fit.

BlueAnt makes some great BT.  The volume on the headset is so strong that when my friend turned it all the way up, it sounded like he put on the speaker phone.  Another good thing about it is you can update its firmware and connect to multiple devices like another phone (if you're that importance of a person to have multiple cellphones).  I have a Jawbone though Smiley the first bulky one.  It works wonderful when the battery is full.  Another friend of mine has the second gen of Jawbone and she told me it sucks.  Looks cool though. Newegg has a Plantronics Explorer 330 for 15 bucks. here's the link: http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?nm_mc=AFC-SlickDeals&cm_mmc=AFC-SlickDeals-_-NA-_-NA-_-NA&Item=N82E16875978066
