I think there is a battery that fits regularly but it is not as strong as the ones that make the back bigger.



I have one...see my sig.  Got it off ebay for $40...1400mAh
so how long can you go without using your charger approx.?

that all depends, if I have 3G, GPS and IMs turned off then maybe about 8 hours? lol  thats if I'm actually on the phone during that time though...if its idle it'll last a little longer.

if you want a phone that you wont have to charge for a day or two, this one is not it.  you would need one of those heavy duty ones.

Oh I know.. but I mean i figured the extended battery would last a little longer.. i can make mine last well over 8 hours using texts and 3g n stuff. well sometimes.. it all depends. im not trading this phone for the life of me.

I am thinking about it, but at least for my needs I have to charge the g1 once a day !,
