We understand that and thanks for letting us know, but this guy is a newbie and he needs guidance, when I was first timer in other forums it happened to me with frustation and desperation, so I understand,   if you can just copy the link here that will be awesome,  I know that he can search, but sometimes when you are frustated and desperated you can not find the answer for your problems, I have been there many times.

What I meant is that he posted the same question twice in different threads. I answered the other of the two, and so thought there was no need for the same person posting the same question in multiple threads.

i have been using avg for 6 years now and i have never had 1 virus or Trojan or anything im firm believer in avg

he ringo if you did any other rom with apps2sd you need to redo the ext2 potion of your sd before you load his roms he uses different method of apps 2 sd  i have been running for 8 days straight without any issue and now im on 3.6.1 and im an extremely heavy user. im almost betting its the ext2 of your card were your problems lay

Hi everyone, chris here. I just bought me G1 off craiglist last week because I did not want to resign contract. I spend the first 8 hours of that night reading these forums until I read the max limit for unregistered user .  Since then I have so many questions I wont even go into all of it yet. I will just focus on the thing most driving me crazy right now.

I can not send or receive picture messages. When I try and send them it shows the little clock icon, you know like it does anytime you send a message, but unlike when I send a normal message it never goes away with a pic, and the person never receives it. Eventually I get the notification saying message not sent. Like wise when some one sent me a pic the display in the sms message box said download, I clicked download, it said downloading....then just went back to saying download. Then eventually I receive the message not downloaded notification. Anyone know whats up with it? I followed advice I read on another thread that suggested downloading save mms app, but it did not work because when I opened it the program  just said "found no attachments"

Ohh also I should mention I have no data plan, I just use my wi-fi, but I do have the 400 messages plan, so I don't think it should matter, but maybe some one knows better then I

your being blocked because you dont have the required data plan and tmobile does know when your using the g1.

our G1's are data phones so I think you will have to get a data plan
