Need to buy a refurbisehd Nikon or Canon camera professional for cheap plz help

Anyone know a good website to get a digital SLR Nikon, Canon or Olympus digital professional camera for under 400 dollars? I tried craigslsit but I would like to get an extended warranty from an online retailer. I don't mind if the camera is used or refurbished, I am a photographer part time and need a camera, I broke my Nikon D50 2 months ago and need another camera asap. Any help would be appreciated.

BTW try searching on Google (type in the camera you are looking for Used Nikon D50 or watever it may be )
