As I walk home from the office, I cannot help but think about dinner. My question is what is your absolute favorite dish? Please choose only one.
For me, it is ceviche with tostadas and beer.

What is ceviche?
My favorite will change on a day to day basis. Right now, I am craving steak teriyaki fajitas (my own recipe)
Ceviche is raw seafood marinated in lime juice for 24 hours (which "cooks" it from the citric acid), then it is mixed with cilantro, onions, tomatoes, hot peppers, and some other Mexican spices. You then dip tostadas in the ceviche and enjoy.

Never heard of that before, although I am certainly not a "seafood" person I know quite a few people who are and they might like that.

LIES!!! My mom makes the ultimate Tex-Mex casserole....and I have never tasted anything that could compare! Of course, I have never been to S. Texas...hmm...Road Trip?!

Texas...hmm...Road Trip?! if you ever come to san antonio you will praise the food for the rest of your life i travel the country for a living and i run into a lot of people who have been to san antonio and they have never had better mexican food any where else

ah yes south texas food is the best i personally like beef fajitas, potato salad, rice and some frijoles borrachos (drunken beans).

I must disagree...I live in EL Paso...Tx which has mexico right on the border...and I must say...we got the best mexican food (because they all come work over here haha) I eat mexican food all the time since my mom was born over there...and its not so great after you grew up with it haha

I know what you mean, after I had lived in Bangkok, I found myself to be so sick of Thai food (which I loved previously, and do again).
