Cookie is something you give/take to/from someone for assistance/disrespect (etc.) that they give you.

OTA= Over The Air...like if you watch TV with just rabbit ear (no cable) you would be receiving an OTA signal; with cellphone OTA would be coming from satellite, not installed by downloading on your PC then installing.

You forgot to explain root androidcee!!

  There are many threads on this forum that can explain everything you need to know about root.  The long and short of it is that root, a.k.a. jailbreaking, is a process that allows you to gain super user functionality for your g1.  In essence it "unlocks" the android os so that you have the ability to change many things you once couldn't. Also let's you save and load apps to/from your sd card, take screenshots, wifi tether, and much more.
