How about an unofficial manual? The one that come with the phone is for idiots who cant find a power button. There needs to be one for people forced to search internet forums.

Hi, everyone:

I don't know where the link goes that's posted at the beginning of this thread, but there are actually two different manuals for the G1. When I bought mine in November, the only manual in the box was the "Getting Started" manual. The full G1 manual has a lot more information, especially some helpful tips about organizing files on SD cards.

You can get it from T-Mobile's site at this link:

It's a PDF file. I don't know if this is the same one linked to earlier, but this is another way to get one. Note this is the US site, so your mileage may vary outside the US.
