Hi
I am on vodafone - mumbai - india, It loads all http:// site but gives a lock sign when I load https:// sites

if you are new to the internet - the proper way to go to a website is to type http://www.SITENAME."com" or "org" or "net" - you add S on http - the world wide web wont understand you

I went to my banks website. AS you might guess it is a https:// site. It loaded fine and showed the security lock.

I don't know why yours won't load
