how to play mms/videos

Everytime somebody send me a video I can't play it! I know I can play videos from my sd card, but how can I get this phone to mms/videos? Please help

there probably not in the correct format not every phone has the same codecs for video

I noticed that too. My g/f is on Verizon and I cant see any video she sends, only the audio. Plus when i send her a pic (even from my sd card) she can not see the pic at all.
