G1 unlocked, then reset to factory, but now wont work....HELP!!!

I have the G1 was with T-mobile now with ATT got it unlocked to use with ATT and was working but could not download mms picture messages so I did a reset, now I cant get past the Google log-in screen. It says I dont have a network connection, have gone and selected ATT but get nothing.......Please help!!
