Also, look throug the application section,   do a search , etc
You will find different information,  the above one is a good one, but it is $ 30.00 if you are willing to pay that's ok.

I love that application, seems very robust / solid,   check the video too.

I'm not sure if this is what you are asking about or not, but I use Outlook at my job, and wanted my work calendar to sync with my G1, so I went through my g-mail account and did a sync between my work calendar and g-mail calendar, then when my G1 did it's auto-sync with g-mail, my work calendar information was now on my G1 calendar. 

I only had one gliche... one of my appointments somehow was synced to occur every day, but I went in and manually fixed it, and it's fine now.

RJB I don't use any of the outlook sync programs, but I do know that there IS some apps out there that might ease your pain atleast.  Check out the market some more and look at the link Rayo left for you and let us know how it works out~
