T-Mobile G1 pre-orders sell out

you're a T-Mobile customer who's been dozing off for the past few days, you've already missed your chance to pre-order yourself a G1. With any luck, that won't be a problem and you'll just be able to march into a store on or around October 22 and pick one up the old-fashioned way, but the window of opportunity for an utterly stress-free Android buying experience is closed. We don't have hard numbers on just how many units were being offered through the pre-order program, but 60,000 is getting tossed around as a rumor, which would work out to about 10 percent of the total outlay HTC is said to be aiming for by year's end. Of course, if you're not a T-Mobile customer, this is all business as usual and you're just chuckling under your breath that everyone's stuck in the same boat now, aren't you, you sick puppy?

I am not a techie guy or expert in the G1 field, but this is what it will happen if it makes sense to you.

"First Come-First Serve" and you can order it through Tmobile's website starting on Oct 22, so if you order this beauty on 22nd around 12:00 PM instead @ 12:00 A.M, You'll have more chances to have a delay in your order as you wrote, I don't think that google will have too much inventory at this point because I believe that google wants to see how people reacts with this wonderful G1 Phone and from there, they will start doing more.

You can still order it. They are not sold out. People are still ordering it off the t-mobile website. A friend of mine ordered theirs yesterday. If you wait until the 22nd then you have to pay the $199 amount or the full price. So just get on there and get it don't wait.

Thanks for the tip, Did you order it before Oct 3 ?   all persons who order g1 after Oct 3rd, they will receive it on November 10th, now, I did not take a chance about the pre order for the matter of the price, you are right, maybe the price will be the same as the Iphone, but I don't think that more. so if I can save now $ 20 to make the pre order I'll save them !

So the customer service people they do not know any crap about help customers, A ladie from customer service, she told me that the system was not accepting now, and that they will not accept any pre orders before 22nd, They were wrong !

^^ No t-mobile cc reps can upgrade your phone for you until oct 22nd. You will have to do it yourself on my.t-mobile.com. Unless they received training on the phone too, they will also know nothing that isn't on the t-mobileg1.com website... *poo*
