The invisibleSHIELD is designed to be installed one time. You can't remove it and reinstall it, but you do have a lifetime guarantee and can take advantage of that if there are problems with the shield. I would try it again if I were you.

I don't mind it.  It is the best thing to protect the phone withou having it look more bulky.  The only other alternative then the invisible shield is using silicon skins which will make the G1 more bulky.

Hm.....   that's the reason that I have not bought anything yet, I'm still using the pouch, the crystal case seems good, but I don't want my phone to be bulky and the  invisibleshield it seems hard to install, no all people can do it, just handy people, I am not that kind of person.

I am sure you will find a place to help you install the invisible shield.

I have be using invisible shield for many phones already.

1) iPhone 2G
2) HTC Diamond
3) iPHone 3G
4) Samsung Omnia i908
5) T-Mobile G1

If you want to not make the phone look bulky and you want to protect the phone from scratches then the invisible shield is the best choice.

Invisible Shield when installed for the iPhone is best.   Maintains the slimness.   I just use a nice pouch and slip the iPhone in.   

I am trying to do the same for the G1.  However, G1 is not as slim as the iPHone.
