Help!! itunes music to G1

How do I transfer my music that I have on Itunes from my comp to my G1

Great question, lets wait that someone that has the phone already will answer it.

for pc:

go to my computer double click the phones folder and simply drag the music in

use for usb storage should be checked

thats how you add music but for some reason my comp cant recognize my phone, its a problem with my comp though not the g1

it prob the settings
check your settings and go to mass storage or sd card settings
and turn on the usb setting
and if you already did that you should get a sd card reader

Ok check the phone settings. Drag from Itunes to computer with USB attach to phone. But still no luck. None of the music I purchased from Itunes or the games I purchased from Itunes are on my G1. Any more ideas anyone.

now the only question (which is the bigger issue for me) is how to transfer MP3/Amazon music files that you purchase on your G1 to your Itunes library.

In other words, the other way around!

I want to keep my music library on my ipod - mostly because it's huge and would take up far too much space on my G1.

guys I cant find the option to turn on my usb settings...I go to settings, SD card and phone storage, and I have no option in there to turn on usb?  Any ideas on what I can try?

i can care less to be able to play tons of music on my G1..I have a iPod for that. Just give me some really cool apps. a solid call/ web experience, and real time GPS navigation!! and i will be happy!
