Extended Battery...2300 mAh

Sup...I bought a 2300 mAh extended battery from buy.com

im so frustrated...the only way the thing will SOMETIMES charge is if it runs down to 0%.

Am I doing something wrong...
Any tips on how to get it to charge.
They're being real asses about returning it, well maybe thats my fault cuz I threw away the shipping packaging.

Thanks for any help.

if so seems that the battery is fake so you have to tell them that you will complain to ebay resolution center and if they don't care you have to do it for sure.
