Can you get charged for wifi?

Hey. im kinda new to a phone. and i was wondering if you have no data plan and you use wifi like from your home router, will tmobile charge you for that? Or for downloading apps with wifi.

No it won't charge you.

As for apps. IF you buy them it will.
