Battery Life

I have to say, I love my brand new G1 phone! But the battery life is so disappointing. My friend has a 3g iPhone, and his battery never drops below 50% even if hes surfing the net or playing games.

I have disabled all the background data, 3g, wifi, blutooth, and GPS. While using my phone this way, the internet is still a bit slow, but its manageable but right now i have 65% and all I have been doing is light text messaging, and playing emulator an for about 10min.

/sigh I guess I should pray that company comes out with those cell phone fuel cells soon...

Let the battery drain to 15% and charge it (via the AC plug) and you should notice a difference. Don't completely drain the battery. The gel inside of the battery can dry and damage one or all cells.
