Having a hard time figuring this out. I'm rooted using JF1.51crb43.  I downloaded the tether app linked by jeno. Installed using oi filemanager. Tap start to begin tethering. At this point everything appears to be a-ok.  My problem is I can't figure out how to make my computer recognize the signal. I'm on a windows xp desktop with a linksys wireless router and wireless internet card.  I reformatted my comp a month ago and connot find my wireless connections area in the control panel.

I know this problem isn't really about a g1, but any help would be outstanding

Reinstall the software for the wireless card, and update all drivers.
