Flash lite simply supports basic flash animation and menus on websites. It does not support audio or video content. It also does not support any type of "streaming".

Apple's big problem with flash is it opens up the possibility for applications to be developed that can people wont have to sell through the iStore. Anyone who can develop flash can develop an app that can be installed via the browser. Thats Apple's big hangup.
