We have had complaints of the forum getting to crowded.
At this time I am working on a project in the forum.

*T-Mobile G1 General Discussions-Topic Merge*

Topics that other people created but goes together with other members post I would like to merge them.
(e.g.) syncing contacts and snyc my contacts-merge to (Sync My Contacts/Syncing Contacts)
If you see double post of one topic (e.g.) battery life, sync contacts or browser issues.

I will check for duplicates,  on regards overcrowed, hm...  unless it is in the right section, It does not matter the old posts, it is always useful for new members (users) to find old information that they may need it sometime, just we need to make sure that it is properly in the right section and people are not flooding the forum with the same question, that's when we delete the threads, any other thoughts ?

This is actually a very good idea. We all want our forums to be easy to navigate and search, but that becomes difficult if we are having to wade through a lot of cruft. Getting rid of "clutter" also saves server space as well as making backups faster and lighter due to less file space being required.

Good job mods! Thanks for maintaining our beloved forums Cheesy

As always! We all have to become a little stern and diligent about the maintenance, but the result will be a smoother running forum.

Oh, and I might as well add here, I will not tolerate profanity at all. Youngsters view this site all the time is the first reason, and the second is that we all need to expand our vocabularies. So that being said... you've all been warned.
